Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DFW Toons' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

DFW Toons provides pontoon boat refurbishment, repower, and customization services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Pontoon boat refurbishment and restoration
Engine repower and upgrades
Custom flooring and upholstery
Electrical and lighting upgrades
Tube replacement and repair
General maintenance and repairs

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

A deposit is required to begin work on your project
Progress payments may be required for larger projects
Final payment is due upon completion and before release of the vessel
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, weather conditions, discovery of additional issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the estimated completion date.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their vessel
Removing personal items before dropping off the boat
Timely payment as agreed
Picking up the vessel within 7 days of project completion
Storage fees may apply for vessels not picked up within this timeframe

Limitation of Liability

DFW Toons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
